There are really 4 ways to get your hours logged:
1 - the standard old chart at the barn (try to also note the date with your hours)
2 - Shane's new way to post on this site
3 - Email Ellyn at ellyn4kids@gmail.com
4 - Call Ellyn & leave a message at home
We are working out a system to help insure there are not any duplications and dating the hours on the team chart should help. If the team likes, Ellyn & I might even start keeping the main spreadsheet that we submit at a secure google.docs sire for Team officer access in the event of our being away on vacation or for just good long term archiving.
